Look at this this list of apps. There’s more than one truthbox, which probably means you can code your own truthbox to see who is writing in it!
The “red box” truthbox claims to be anonymous, and maybe it is if they don’t store that info in their database, but can we trust the programmers? How do we know it’s really anonymous, just because they say so?
Also, how do we know if truthbox comments are real and not made up by truthbox programmers to make their truthbox more popular than others?
(4/22/08) Update: There’s over 400,000+ total truthbox (red+honesty+pink) installs.
(4/23/08) Update: There’s over 430,000+ total “red cube” truthbox installs so far, which sounds like 100k installs/day.

klaymen: you’ll notice the 22nd, that’s the total from the three most popular truthboxes that day. But the next day I realized the “red” one was growing much faster than the others so I stopped counting the less popular ones.
Tonight it’s at 937756 installs seven days later, that’s about 71,000 installs/day.
um…. that would be 10,000 per day.
